In other words, they focus on helping you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be in life. They are like a supportive guide and a trusted adviser. Depending on your needs, life coaching can push you to identify your goals, hold you accountable, and provide encouragement as you make progress towards becoming a better version of yourself.
